Summary ## Part-Time Arabic & English Social Media & Growth Manager – Instagram, TikTok & Paid Ads We are launching a new UAE-based e-commerce/lifestyle brand and are looking for a smart, creative and commercially minded freelancer to manage our social media presence and support the launch. This is a **part-time, ongoing freelance role**. We are a small startup, so the workload is relatively light, but we need someone who can take ownership and work independently. ### What You Will Manage **Instagram & TikTok** - Manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts. - Build a professional, premium and active social media presence. - Create and manage the monthly content calendar. - Write strong Arabic and English captions, hooks and scripts. - Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and social posts. - Engage with comments and messages. - Professionally communicate with potential customers through social media and guide interested customers toward the website and purchase. ### AI Content Creation - Create high-resolution, premium AI-generated videos and visual content. - Develop creative Reel/TikTok concepts rather than relying on basic templates. - Create scripts, hooks and storytelling concepts around the brand. - Use modern AI video and content-generation tools. - Adapt content for UAE/GCC and Arabic-speaking audiences. ### Paid Advertising - Manage Meta/Instagram advertising. - Manage TikTok advertising. - Recommend where and when advertising budget should be spent. - Launch, monitor and continuously optimise campaigns. - Test audiences, creatives, messages and offers. - Build retargeting campaigns where relevant. - Focus on generating website traffic, leads and sales — not only followers or impressions. ### Reporting & Performance Provide a simple weekly performance report covering: - Advertising performance - Website traffic and conversions - Cost per acquisition - ROAS - CTR - Best-performing content and creatives - Audience performance - What worked - What did not work - What should be tested or changed next We want someone who can look at the numbers and make decisions, not simply send screenshots from Ads Manager. ### Who We Are Looking For You should ideally: - Be fluent in **Arabic and English**. - Understand UAE/GCC customers and social media behaviour. - Have hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok. - Have experience running **Meta Ads and TikTok Ads**. - Be able to create high-quality AI-generated videos. - Have strong visual taste and understand premium branding. - Understand e-commerce and conversion-focused marketing. - Be proactive and regularly suggest new ideas. - Be comfortable working directly with the founder. - Be responsive, organised and easy to communicate with. - Be interested in building a brand from an early stage. You can be based anywhere. Candidates from Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and other Arabic-speaking countries are welcome. ### Workload This is **not a full-time position**. The business is currently small and the workload should initially require only a limited number of hours each week. How would you decide how much budget to place behind Instagram/Meta versus TikTok? 12. What KPIs would you use to decide whether an advertisement should be stopped, scaled or changed? 13. Кроме всего прочего, он был ещё и переводчиком в компании. Очень кстати прочитал эту книгу как раз в Международный день переводчика. Аннотация: Ghibli — легендарная японская анимационная студия, место рождения таких аниме, как "Принцесса Мононокэ", "Унесённые призраками" и "Ходячий замок", которые ещё при жизни их создателя — Великого Хаяо Миядзаки — стали классикой анимационного кинематографа. Но что происходит внутри студии? Как создаются фильмы? А самое главное, кто помогает им обрести мировую известность? Стив Алперт — человек, у которого есть ответы. В течение 15 лет Стив Алперт был старшим исполнительным директором Ghibli. Единственный гайдзин (иностранец) в "очень традиционной" японской компании, Алперт отвечал за международные продажи и тесно сотрудничал с Миядзаки и Тосио Сузуки — продюсером почти всех фильмов студии.
