We are experts in modern web and mobile stacks (MERN, [login to view URL], Flutter), and we need a dedicated professional to bridge the gap between our technical expertise and the clients who need it. ​Your goal is to "hunt" for projects on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Toptal, and through direct cold outreach to startups and businesses. ​Key Responsibilities ​Project Sourcing: Scour job boards and freelance marketplaces for high-value development contracts. ​Proposal Writing: Craft winning, personalized bids that highlight our team's specific strengths in MERN and Flutter. ​Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to startups or companies looking to outsource their technical builds. ​Client Relationship Management: Handle the initial communication and "warm up" the client before handing them over for the technical deep dive. ​Closing: Negotiate rates and project scopes to ensure a win-win for the team and the client. ​Required Skills ​Proven Track Record: Experience in IT sales or agency recruitment/business development. ​Tech-Savvy: You must be able to confidently explain the benefits of our stack (React, Node, Flutter) to potential clients. ​Expert Bidding: Mastery of the "art of the pitch"—knowing how to stand out in a sea of generic applications. ​English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. ​Compensation ​I am open to discussing a structure that includes a Base Pay + Commission for every project secured.
