About the Role We are looking for friendly, conversational, and sales-savvy Online Chatters to join our growing remote team. You will be representing digital creator accounts across multiple online platforms, engaging with subscribers, and helping drive retention and revenue through genuine, high-quality conversations. My in-house CRM already handles Human Resources, Quality Management, and Sales & Marketing, but the interface looks anything but premium. I want a single, cohesive dashboard that feels modern and unmistakably high-end—think clean typography, spacious layouts, refined colour accents and micro-interactions that make every click feel effortless. Key elements to visualise: • Dynamic graphs, bar and line charts that instantly surface KPIs across all three modules. • Tile-based highlights for quick stats (head-count, lead pipeline, defect rates, etc.). • A responsive grid that scales beautifully from widescreen desktop to tablet. I’d like you to start by sharing links or shots of previous dashboards that demonstrate a similar luxury aesthetic. Once we’re aligned on look and feel, the deliverables should include: 1. High-fidelity mock-ups of the main dashboard and the three core sections (HR, Quality, Sales/Marketing) in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. 2. A clickable prototype so stakeholders can experience key flows. 3. A concise style guide covering colours, typography and reusable components. Acceptance criteria • Visual hierarchy is crystal clear; no element competes for attention unnecessarily. • Charts and tiles pull from the same design language for a seamless experience. • The finished prototype loads in under 3 seconds on a mid-range laptop.
