About the Role We are looking for friendly, conversational, and sales-savvy Online Chatters to join our growing remote team. You will be representing digital creator accounts across multiple online platforms, engaging with subscribers, and helping drive retention and revenue through genuine, high-quality conversations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people online, is comfortable with fast-paced messaging, and wants to earn performance bonuses on top of a steady base rate. What You'll Do Manage and respond to incoming messages across creator platforms Build rapport and maintain ongoing conversations with subscribers Follow provided scripts, SOPs, and tone guidelines Promote content offerings naturally within conversations Identify upsell and custom content opportunities Keep accurate notes on subscriber preferences and interactions Submit daily activity and performance reports Requirements Excellent written English Strong conversational and interpersonal skills Reliable internet connection (screenshot required) Comfortable managing high message volumes Detail-oriented and organized Self-motivated and able to work independently Available for a consistent weekly schedule Nice to Have Experience chatting on subscription or creator platforms Online sales or customer service background CRM or helpdesk tool experience Performance Expectations Daily: 50–100+ message interactions Maintain response time standards Follow up on active conversations Log notes after each interaction Monthly: Meet engagement and retention KPIs Contribute to revenue growth targets Bonuses for: Hitting retention targets Upsell and revenue performance Consistent KPI achievement How to Apply Please send the following: Resume or work history Internet speed screenshot Short intro video (1–2 minutes) — tell us about yourself and why you'd be great at this Your availability (days/hours/time zone) Sample replies to these two prompts: "Hey!
