We don’t limit ourselves to one niche — we work across the full beauty ecosystem, including: Nails, eyelashes, and accessories Skincare (serums, masks, peptides, treatments) Beauty devices (RF machines, facial tools, equipment) Fragrance and scent-based products Health & wellness items Packaging and private label product development Custom-designed products across any beauty category If a brand can imagine it, we can source and build it. Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist focused on delivering qualified, ready-to-convert opportunities. This is not just general lead generation — your role is to identify and engage serious buyers and bring them to a stage where they are ready for us to quote and close. Your core objective: Generate “hot leads” → pass to our team for quotation and deal conversion Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients globally: Beauty brands Salons and clinics E-commerce businesses Distributors and wholesalers Conduct targeted outreach via: Email LinkedIn Phone / direct contact (where appropriate) Engage prospects and qualify real buying intent Move leads beyond interest into quotation-ready stage Clearly communicate Twirly’s sourcing and product capabilities Maintain structured tracking of outreach, responses, and lead quality What We Mean by “Hot Leads” We are specifically looking for leads who: Are actively looking to source or develop products Have clear product ideas or requirements Are ready (or close to ready) to receive quotations Show genuine commercial intent (not just browsing or curiosity) Ideal Candidate Strong spoken and written English Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales Confident communicator — able to speak with international clients Skilled at identifying buying signals and intent Self-motivated and results-driven Organised and able to manage outreach pipelines Bonus (not required): Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or health industries Experience with sourcing, manufacturing, or B2B sales What We’re Looking For We are building something long-term. We want someone who understands that quality of leads matters more than quantity and can consistently deliver conversion-ready opportunities.
