Scope of work I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build a complete lead capture, follow up, and appointment booking system for my architectural visualization company. This is not just a landing page project. I need a reliable sales automation system that captures Facebook leads, qualifies them, follows up automatically, triggers calls, manages pipeline stages, and prevents leads from being lost. 1. GoHighLevel CRM setup Set up or clean up my GoHighLevel account structure, including: • Contact fields • Tags • Lead source tracking • Pipeline stages • Opportunity values • Lead status • Custom fields for project type, budget, timeline, project goal, and campaign source Pipeline should include stages such as: • New Lead • Contacted • AI Call Attempted • Qualified Lead • Call Scheduled • Discovery Call Completed • Proposal Needed • Proposal Sent • Follow Up • Closed Won • Closed Lost • Long Term Nurture 2. Facebook Lead Ads integration Connect Facebook Lead Ads to GoHighLevel so every lead enters the CRM correctly. Important: I need all form fields mapped correctly, including: • Full name • Email • Phone • Project type • Project stage • Budget or investment range • Timeline • Project goal • Campaign name • Ad set name • Ad name, if available • Lead form name Each lead should be tagged based on the source and campaign. 3. Landing page and funnel Build a high converting landing page inside GoHighLevel Funnel Builder. I will provide copy, brand assets, images, and references. Automated follow up workflows Create workflows for both Facebook leads and landing page leads. Goal: help Meta optimize for better quality leads, not just cheap form submissions. Please mention if you have experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Conversion API. 9. Testing and handoff Before completion, I need full testing.
