Social Media, Content & Creator Marketing Champion About Sevenground Sevenground Trading B.V. is a Netherlands-based e-commerce company behind two growing consumer brands in the US and European markets. Our products range from bestselling umbrellas known for their colorful, eye-catching designs to personal health and medical products designed for everyday use. We're a small, international e-commerce team, building and growing consumer brands across the US and Europe. The Role We're looking for a Social Media, Content & Creator Marketing Champion to take ownership of day-to-day social media and content activities for our e-commerce brands while helping strengthen our presence across social platforms, creator channels, search and AI. This is a hands-on role. You'll manage content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, including creating content and being comfortable appearing on camera as one of the faces of our brands. You'll also work closely with creators and affiliates, support our GEO and AI visibility efforts, engage with our online communities, and track performance to understand what's working and where we can improve. You don't need to be a GEO expert already. We're more interested in someone who understands digital content, is curious about search and AI, and enjoys learning and experimenting. What You'll Do Content planning and strategy development Content creation; copy, visuals, and video Publishing and scheduling Community engagement and social listening Creator and affiliate recruitment and onboarding Affiliate program setup and management Campaign planning, creator briefs and product seeding GEO and AI visibility initiatives Maintaining relevant business profiles and brand information online Analytics, reporting and optimization Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with 2–4+ years of relevant experience in social media, content marketing, creator marketing, digital marketing or a similar hands-on role. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is: • Comfortable on camera, able to communicate naturally and confidently in videos and occasional live content • Creative and proactive, able to turn trends, customer questions and product benefits into engaging content and new ideas • A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken • Adaptable, organized and collaborative, comfortable working across different brands, products and priorities • Experienced with TikTok Shop, affiliates, UGC or creator marketing • Familiar with YouTube, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Canva and basic video editing tools • Interested in SEO, GEO and AI brand visibility • Experienced with e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus How We Work We're a small international team, so we're looking for someone who wants to work with us, not simply for us. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position working in the Dutch time zone (CET/CEST). Core working hours are 09:00–15:00, with the remaining hours flexible. You'll work closely with our European team, including a daily stand-up to stay aligned on priorities, progress and new ideas. You'll get hands-on experience across social media, creator marketing, social commerce, search, GEO and AI, with the freedom to test new approaches, bring your own ideas and develop your skills in areas that are becoming increasingly important for e-commerce brands.
