We are looking for an experienced marketing freelancer to help us successfully launch and scale our brand FEMDAY across Switzerland and the DACH region. Focus: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and funnel strategy. About FEMDAY FEMDAY is a Swiss brand for personalized health solutions. - Target groups: Women 40+ (menopause) & Men 50+ (andropause, longevity) - Entry point: anonymous online questionnaire (2–5 minutes) → personalized analysis - Product: tailor-made powder subscription, CHF 99/month, first month free - Additional options: blood tests & online doctor consultations planned - USP: - Swissness & quality (Swiss production & laboratory) - Personalization instead of standard products - Discreet & authentic communication – no “cheap supplement brand” Marketing Strategy (already defined) - Budget: from September 2025 until end of year, CHF 150/day (Meta + Google Ads) - Funnel: 1. Awareness (Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok optional, Google Search Ads) 2. Engagement (retargeting site visitors, social proof, testimonials) 3. Conversion (subscription start with 1st month free) - Communication: Direct address → *“FEMDAY helps YOU…”*, emotional & authentic - Content formats: Video Ads (Reels, TikToks, testimonials), graphics (before/after, explainers), short texts with clear CTAs - Retargeting: 3-stage (visitors → questionnaire starters → checkout abandoners) - WhatsApp pilot: Reminder campaigns (2×/week) with tips & offers - Newsletter: Build funnel with personal storytelling, content & offers Your Tasks - Develop, implement, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns - Run A/B testing for creatives (hooks, videos, copy) - Build retargeting strategies & lookalike audiences - Collaborate with our team on content (we provide raw material, you set up ads & funnels) - Deliver regular reports (KPIs: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC) - Advise on scaling (Q1 2026) Requirements - Proven track record with Meta Ads (FB/IG) & Google Ads (portfolio or case studies) - Experience in health, supplements, or e-commerce is a plus - Strong skills in funnel building, retargeting & conversion optimization - Creativity in storytelling & performance marketing - Reliable communication & fast implementation Goal Together we want to make FEMDAY visible by the end of 2025, acquire 200+ new subscribers, and build a scalable foundation for 2026.
